We would love to partner with you for this event and invite you to represent your organization at Fire on the River 2026. Excitingly, last year we reached capacity for the number of vendors we can host. This year, we have created an application process, in addition to sponsorship tiers, to ensure as much representation of our city as possible. Your partnership will help us create an unforgettable experience for the body of Christ and the City of Toledo in addition to creating exposure for your church or business. One of the most basic ways to partner is by spreading the word of Fire on the River! Let us know if you would like promo material to advertise. Attached is a digital promotion to use on all social media platforms. 

 

To accommodate different levels of partnership, we’ve created four sponsorship tiers:

• Bronze: $100
  Host one table at Fire on the River, representing your church or business. This is a great opportunity to share your heart and connect with others. You may bring any materials you would like to represent your organization.

• Silver: $500
  Host up to four tables and print your logo on our stage banner, offering you more visibility and engagement with attendees.

• Gold: $1,000
  Receive all the benefits of the previous tiers, plus priority table placement of up to four tables, limited parking compensation and Social Media Advertisement of your organization leading up to Fire on the River. This will provide your organization with even greater exposure within the community.

• Platinum: $5,000
  Receive all the benefits of the previous tiers, plus FotR merch.
